What is CBD and what is it used for?

Cannabidiol (also known as CBD) is one of the many active ingredients found in cannabis. It is best known for its relaxing and analgesic effects.

Hemp oil is the perfect solution for those who are willing to restore or maintain their physical and psychological balance in everyday life.

How do I use CBD?

We advise spreading the dose of CBD evenly and you should aim to take it regularly 2-3 times a day. CBD intake depends on various factors including:

  • Your weight
  • Any ongoing illness treatments
  • Your body’s chemistry
  • The concentration of CBD in each tablet, capsule, drop, or gummy

To put it in another way, many different aspects go into deciding how much CBD should be used. Before taking CBD, we recommend consulting your doctor and following their guidance.

If your doctor is unable to provide adequate advice, we recommend starting your dosing cycle with a smaller dose and increasing it gradually. You can start from 20 to 40mg per day and after one week you can increase the dose with an additional 5mg. Continue the dosage until you feel your symptoms diminishing away but please note that you should not exceed 200mg of CBD per day.

One 5% CBD drop produced by “Natural Line” contains 2.2mg of cannabidiol, 10% – 4.5mg, 15% – 6.8mg, 20% – 9mg.

What should I choose for my first-ever order?

If you are new to CBD products, it is advised to start with a product that contains medium strength. For example, 10% CBD hemp oil is a perfect choice for those who are new to CBD oil.

Does CBD have any psychoactive and/or addictive substances?

CBD oil does not have any psychoactive effects which cause intoxication. CBD cannabidiol and tetrahydrocannabinol (THC) are the two best-known compounds that are produced from the same plant species (Cannabis sativa L). It should be noted that THC (not CBD) causes intoxication also often referred to as a “high” effect.

What is CBG?

CBG hemp oil – known as CG cannabigerol, tincture, or extract – is a hemp seed oil that is combined with CBG concentrate. Its strength is usually indicated in the percentages on the product label.

CBG is listed as one of over a hundred well-known cannabinoids. The plant itself has a low amount of concentration which makes it the most challenging and expensive cannabinoid to produce.

What are the differences between CBD and CBG hemp oil?

Simply put, CBD helps with the production and regulation of endocannabinoids, whereas CBG affects only the receptors. Another way to distinguish these two compounds – CBG can generally help you regain your energy levels, while CBD is more likely to have adverse effects and result in a state of relaxation.

CBD and CBG balance each other out by working together as a team and may effectively help fight inflammation, physical and/or mental issues, insomnia, and other ailments. Customers who have used both of these products state that the overall effect is way higher than using them separately.

CBG hemp oil can potentially induce positive feelings of wellbeing and happiness, as well as relax your mind, body, and muscles.

Preparation and main benefits of fibrous hemp tea

Rich in history, the use of hemp tea extends beyond the times of our modern era. It is believed that the first traditions of making hemp tea were born in India and Jamaica where the hemp plant was studied for quite some time.

This tea contains antibacterial and anti-inflammatory features. It also has a calming as well as relaxing effect, making it a perfect drink before bedtime or after intense activities. Despite its relaxing effect, the tea can be used throughout the day.

If you drink the tea in the morning you will increase your focus and if you drink it at night you feel more rested.

Here’s how you prepare your tea:

To begin with, you have to reveal its true taste by preparing boiling water and pouring it onto the contents, and keeping it there for 6-10 minutes (accordingly to your taste preferences). Hemp tea has an incredible taste! One cup requires approximately 2-4g of dried hemp

You can add an extra flavour to your tea by using either honey or lemon.

While preparing the hemp tea, we advise you to use fat with your tea including coconut oil, cream, milk, butter, etc. Most essential cannabinoids are fat-soluble meaning that your body will receive the most benefits out of this product with the help of a certain fat product.

What is the difference between hemp seed oil and CBD oil?

Although CBD oil and hemp seed oil are made by using the same plant, they are often mixed up together.

CBD oil is often mistaken for “hemp seed oil”. These two products are very different and they contain diverse substances, however, they are both very healthy for your body. Choosing one of these two, we advise picking the one that is safest and most suitable for you.

CBD oil is made by using the stems, leaves, and flowers of the hemp plant because they contain a higher concentration of CBD (cannabidiol). On the other hand, hemp seed oil does not contain any CBD since the oil is extracted from hemp seeds which are rich in nutrients, fatty acids, and other advantageous bioactive compounds.

It is important to note that CBD oil and hemp seed oil do not contain any psychoactive effects since they don’t have any THC (delta-9 tetrahydrocannabinol). Free of THC, these products cause no intoxication nor addictive effects. They are made from legally grown fibre hemp that contains very small amounts of THC, and thus these oils are not addictive.

Essentially, hemp seed oil is used to improve your health and even your skin. Hemp oil has been used for skin for many years. This oil can be used orally or applied to the skin and hair. It is also classified as a “super-food” for its richness in Omega-3 and Omega-6 fatty acids. Balanced fatty acids found in the oil improves heart function and reduces cholesterol as well as moisturizes and restore your skin. Moreover, hemp oil guarantees hormonal balance and reduced joint pain, acne, etc.

CBD hemp oil (cannabidiol oil) is also extremely beneficial for you. It is becoming increasingly popular among traditional and non-traditional medicine and therapies. It is often used to reduce pain, battle anxiety, and fight sleeping disorders.

Benefits of CBD oil extract for hair and skin

Beauty products containing hemp ingredients are known to have a high amount of vitamins and minerals which are the key elements for rich skin. It is also noticeable that either hemp or CBD extract within this product may be a problem-solver for general skin problems.

CBD extract is beneficial for those who suffer from acne and skin inflammation. Research published by “Clinical Investigation” found that CBD oil may help reduce the production of sebum that causes acne and facial inflammation. It is safe to state that CBD products may be of high use in the future for its potential to treat skin spots and acne.
