Anxiety and insomnia.

About a year ago, I started to feel anxious, and along with it, frequently heart palpitations occurred – it felt like I was panicking. Suddenly, insomnia occurred at the same time. Of course, all these symptoms appeared during an emotionally tough period. I had to talk to people who have experienced similar symptoms. Some of them disappear quickly, but for some people who are sensitive like myself, it may be more difficult to survive such psychosis. Sleep deprivation led to decreased productivity and concentration at work as well as a constant reduction in my energy levels.

Living with insomnia, every night meant suffering – constant gazing at the ceiling.

The constant flow of thoughts, anxiety, lack of opinion, fatigue. All this appeared during the day – the fear that the next night would be the same again. I was constantly sleepy, irritable, and fully exhausted every day.  I thought it would naturally go away after a couple of days. Then days became weeks, weeks became months. I consider myself patient, but not with insomnia… One night, suffering from insomnia, I told myself that enough is enough, I can no longer let this disorder destroy my once great state of wellbeing!

I’ve tried what seems like everything a man can think of to deal with such madness.

I started with simple treatments: herbal teas, books, nutrition, regular exercising, medication, and self-education, completely gave up on alcohol, removed TV and computer from the bedroom, tried to avoid stressful situations as much as possible during the day, and started spending more time on other activities. A few of these methods have helped me to some extent, but there was still a lack of complete happiness and freedom, thanks to insomnia. So I began to put more effort into understanding this topic.

I started reading a lot of literature online regarding sleep deprivation and how to avoid it.

I found a lot of information about what I had already tried, however, I came across one article and I found a lot of positive comments about CBD hemp oil.
