Hemp seeds and what exactly are they?
Hemp seeds are known for their rich source of nutrients. These hemp seeds (technically nuts) can be consumed either raw or used as an addition to producing milk, oil, cheese, or protein powder. Even though hemp seeds are highly related to the hemp plant, they contain very little or no psychoactive compounds. For centuries, hemp seeds have been consumed in a very similar way as today, treating certain health problems. An increasing number of studies support many of these claims. The nutty, as well as diverse flavour, make them an excellent substitute for protein, essential fatty acids, and other nutrients found in meat and dairy products.
